Pics: Lola Adewole-Lawson launches new shoe collection as Morin Obayewa, of Morin O. introduces new leather collection


Sunday the 20th of December 2015, saw the collaboration of two authentic fashion brands coming together to present their new collections at a private preview tagged Eclectic Fusion. The celebrated Queen of prints , lola Adewole-Lawson , the couturier and ready to wear designer of Fashion For Life (FFL), launched her first line of shoes at the event held at the prestigious Radiison Blu Hotel Lagos. see more photos here
The event saw the likes of powerhouse Editor of TW Magazine Adeswua Onyenukwe , Ace Fashion Designer Mudiagha Clement Enajemo aka Mudi, singer and daughter of billionaire business man ; Gloria Ibru , OAP Zoe Chikata , and socialite & property developer Eunice Efolie in attendance. The FFL Digital print shoe line has come to stay as people turned out to see these innovative step from the fashion house. 
"These shoes are the first of its kind", as described by celebrity actress Monalisa Chinda who has a pair dedicated to her. "This a world premiere «  she added.

The shoe collection features Swarovski crystal-encrusted arrangements on digital printed patterns of solid bold colours, which are the signature designs of Fashion For Life -FFL.

"For our debut footwear collection, we have chosen to present 10 different print designs on the classic pumps shoes style ,  so we can have these shoes appeal to all types of women who love the extraordinary classic look". 

These shoes are statement shoes, and are fun shoes that can only be adorned by that woman with an eclectic taste, says the Creative Director FFL.
We are so happy to be extending our fashion line to footwear, we will be introducing more types of footwear next spring 2016. 
"Apart from the pumps , There will be rhinestone-adorned T-straps sandals, ballet Flats, casual sneakers and gladiator  sandals with our signature digital prints «  She went on to announce to the guests.

On the other hand , Morin O. presented their leather accessories which have been inspired by artistic innovation and ethical designs for the sassy , confident and fashionable individual. 
At the eclectic Fusion exhibition, Morin O.  showcased their recent S/S 2016 collection which debuted in the Now showroom in Los Angeles . This event saw the display of  accessories made from the finest leather from Nigeria, Italy, India and skins from farms in Africa. 
All Morin O. accessories are hand made at a work shop in Lagos and are sold at exhibitions and high end boutiques and stores in Nigeria, US and Europe.
