Why EFCC freed Buhari's associate,Jafaru Isa

Following protests by the PDP regarding the timely release of president Buhari's friend, Brigadier General Lawal Jafaru Isa,it has been revealed he was released after he returned part of the money he collected from his friend and embattled former National Secutrity adviser ,Sambo Dasuki.According to Sahara Reporters 

 Jafaru Isa collected N170 million to help Sambo Dasuki buy a property. He has refunded N100m to EFCC.Jafaru Isa, has now signed an undertaking to refund the rest of the N70m by Friday""
