David Mark Beats APC Candidate In Re-run Election To Retain His Seat At The Senate





Former Senate president, David Mark, has been declared winner of the February 20, Benue South Senatorial District Re-run election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP), Mark polled a total of 84, 192 while his main challenger, Daniel Onjeh of the All Progressives Congress (APC) got 71, 621 votes.

Mark won in five local government areas while Onjeh won in four. The result was declared by Prof.Ishaku Enigi.
