The wife of the governor of Kebbi State, Dr. Zainab Abubakar Atiku Bagudu, yesterday Wednesday, March 15, adopted the daughter of a mentally challenged woman who roamed the streets of Birnin Kebbi.
The girl identified as Siddiqa Bako has since been renamed Siddiqa Abubakar Atiku Bagudu. Her mentally unstable mother also taken to the hospital. More photos below;
